Brrrrr it's cold, and my net connection is slow...

Soooooooo, hubby fessed up yesterday that he'd download his whole game to his new computer the other week. Son's been on school holidays and has just left for his first day of term 2.

Our internet connection has been speed limited AGAIN! Thanks boys. They never think of me, my forum duties, my blog updating and email when they do their huge downloads and use up the massive amount of limit we do have. We really shouldn't reach it!

I tell them time and time again do all their downloading before midday, we have 24 gig to use before middays, but know they go into the peak times after midday which gives us a 12 gig block to use and use it the pair of them do! Aggghhh.

So anyway, this morning it's freezing, literally, there's frost outside. It started about lunch time yesterday here in Sydney, a sudden cold snap, strong winds blew all the thick dark clouds away and brrrrrrr made it colder. We've had snow up in the Blue Mountains and down south in our NSW ski fields they've had good dumpings too.

So glad I can put my car in the garage over night now that the old damaged asbestos roof has been removed and replaced. Yay, no more squeegying my car windows and it won't fog up inside either, bonus!

Sooooo son hasn't have another driving lesson yet, stay tuned, I'm going to convince him that he should have a practice every afternoon after school, give him more confidence to get out in traffic when his car comes down to live here in November. Yes, his car is paid for now, but he can't have it till he's 17, which is november. That's when we'll transfer it into our name from my Dad's. It was my Mum's car. Dad was going to sell it, but we said what about it we buy it for son's first car.

We didn't have the money straight away, so we've been paying it off since last year. Son made the final payment when we went to visit this weekend just gone. So he's got wheels, just can't have them till he's 17. By then he'll have had more experience learning in my car in Sydney which is automatic, then he'll be able to handle the traffic when he starts to learn on the manual

That's enough for now, the internet is slow enough without me writing a long post.

Catch ya,
Wirg.
